| 以GA3为主剂，研究了不同配方保鲜剂对月季切花瓶插寿命及其水分平衡值等相关指标的影响。结果表明，与对照相比，处理H（10g／L蔗糖＋200mg／L 8-HQ＋100mg／L GA3）极显著延长了月季切花瓶插寿命（延长2.01d）和盛开时间（延长2.80d）。花径增大1．95cm（P<0.01），明显延缓了水分平衡值的下降及花枝鲜重变化率零值的到来，其各项指标均优于其他配方，为最优保鲜剂。 |

| Research on fresh-keeping of cut Rosa hybrida flowers with different matching preservatives |

| With GA3 being main preservative,the effects of different matching preservative treatments on vase-life and moisture balance of cut roses were studied.The results showed that the prescription H (mass fraction of 10 g/L sucrose+mass fraction of 200 mg/L 8-HQ+mass fraction of 100 mg/L GA3) could remarkably extend the vase life of cut rosa hybrida flower by 2.01 days and keep it in full flower in 2.80 days and promote 1.95 cm in the flower diameter (P<0.01),obviously delaying the decline of the moisture balance and the zero data's appearance of the cut rose's fresh weight variation.Every index was superior to other prescriptions and control.It indicates that prescription H is the best preservative in the experiment. |
