9种细菌成分及其代谢产物对鲫鱼免疫功能的影响

摘要:
将9种细菌细胞成分及其代谢产物分别添加入饵料投喂鲫鱼,连续投喂35d,每隔7d检测鲫鱼白细胞吞噬活性(phagocytic activity)、吞噬细胞杀菌活性(bactericidal activity)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、溶菌酶(lysozyme)活性和血清凝集抗体效价(agglutinating antibody titer),以研究这9种细菌细胞成分及其代谢产物对鲫鱼免疫功能的影响。结果表明,蜡状芽孢杆菌蕈状弧种组(Bacilluscereussubsp mycoides)、噬菌蛭弧菌组(Bdellovibro bacteriovorus)、皮杆菌组(Dermabacter sp.)和蜂房芽孢杆菌组(Bacillus alvei)鲫鱼白细胞的吞噬活性、吞噬细胞的杀菌活性、SOD酶活性、溶菌酶活性与对照组相比,均是极显著性差异(P<0.01),这4种细菌的细胞成分及其代谢产物均能增强鲫鱼的细胞和体液免疫功能。此外,血清凝集抗体效价的测定结果表明。蜡状芽孢杆菌蕈状哑种组效价最高。为1:256,噬菌蛭弧菌组、皮杆菌组和蜂房芽孢杆菌组最高效价分别为1:128,1:64和1:64。在以上4种细菌中,除蜂房芽孢杆菌组的血清凝集抗体效价峰值出现在第14天外。其余3组各项检测指标的峰值均出现在第21天。

Effect of nine kinds of bacteria and their metabolites on the immune function of Carassius auratus
Abstract:
Nine kinds of bacterium and their metabolites were used to feed the Carassius auratus for 35 days.The phagocytic activity,bactericidal activity,SOD activity,lysozyme activity and agglutinating antibody titer were detected every 7 days to study the effect of nine kinds of bacteria and their metabolites on the immune function of Carassius auratus.The result shows that,compared with the control group,the group of Bacilluscereussubsp mycoides,Bdellovibro bacteriovorus,Dermabacter sp.and Bacillus alvei had more significant differences in phagocytic activity,bactericidal activity,SOD activity and lysozyme activity (P<0.01).The immune function of Carassius auratus could be enhanced by the Bacilluscereussubsp my-coides,Bdellovibro bacteriovorus,Dermabacter sp.and Bacillus alvei and their metabolites.The maximum agglutinating anti body titer of Bacilluscereussubsp mycoides,Bdellovibro bacteriovorus,Dermabacter sp.and Bacillus alvei were 1:256,1:128,1:64 and 1:64.The maximum agglutinating anti body titer of Bacillus alvei appeared on the 14th day.Other indexes were detected on the 21st day.
