湿陷性黄土地区危楼的结构检测评定与加固改造

摘要:
通过对地处陕西关中西部渭北黄土塬区的西北农林科技大学图书馆楼的结构检测,分析得出工程裂缝的形成是由于湿陷性黄土地基长期浸水而引起地基不均匀沉降所致,并进一步对结构的安全性进行了评价,提出旋喷桩加固改造的方案。

Examination and evaluation of structure and reinforce-designing of danger building in slumping loess region
Abstract:
Through structure examination and evaluation of the library building in Northwest A&F University located in loess area,north of Weihe river,the paper concluded that cracks of the building were caused by asymmetry settlement of slumping loess groundwork,which sank in water in a long period,and evaluated the structure's security,then pointed out that the building should be reinforced by jet grouting pile.
