丝绸精炼废水的生物处理研究

摘要:
针对丝绸精炼废水经酸析、膜处理后COD仍不能达标、更不能回用的现状,采用厌氧好氧相结合的生物处理工艺,在实验室进行了废水生物处理小试研究,结果表明,该工艺可使最终出水达标,不仅防止了环境污染,也降低丝绸厂的生产成本。采用两级耗氧和厌氧相结合的生物处理工艺进行的中试研究结果表明,该工艺处理后出水COD可降至70 mg/L。以下,回用效果较好,值得各丝绸精炼厂推广使用。

Study on biological treatment of silk refining waste water
Abstract:
The COD of silk refining wastewater can't be up to the standard after acid and membrane treatment.The first experiment is the small trial in the lab using both anaerobic technology and aerobic technology.The results indicate the COD of treated wastewater can be up to standard.This not only prevents the environment pollution,but also decreases the cost of silk factory.The second aerobic and the first anaerobic technology are used in the middle trial.The results indicate the COD of treated wastewater can be lowered to 70 mg/L and can be reused.This technology can be used broadly in silk factories.
