| 选用750尾规格整齐、体格健壮的黄河鲤鱼，随机分为5组。各组饲粮的苜蓿草粉添加水平分别为0（对照组），50（试验Ⅰ组），100（试验Ⅱ组），150（试验Ⅲ组）和200 g/kg（试验Ⅳ组），研究鲤鱼全价配合饲粮中添加不同水平苜蓿草粉对鲤鱼生长性能、鱼体品质的影响。结果表明,（1）试验Ⅰ组的平均日增重、相对生长率、增重率、饵料系数均优于对照组，尽管差异不显著（P>0.05），但也说明添加50 g/kg苜蓿草粉对鲤鱼生产性能有积极作用；试验Ⅱ组的各项指标稍低于对照组（P<0.05），但显著低于50 g/kg草粉组（P<0.05）；试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。（2）除试验Ⅳ组外，其余试验组的肌肉粗蛋白质含量均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；除第Ⅰ组外，其余3组的粗脂肪含量均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），说明添加苜蓿草粉有助于提高鱼肉品质。（3）经济效益分析表明，添加50 g/kg苜蓿草粉(试验Ⅰ组)的经济效益最好。 |

| Effect of different level alfalfa meal on growth performance and qulity of fish body of Cyrinus carpio |

| Abstract: |
| An experiment was conducted using 750 Cyrinus carpio to study the effect of alfalfa meal on production performance and qulity of fish body.Carps were randomly divided into five treatments according to a random factorial arrangement.Carps were fed diet with 0,50,100,150 and 200 g/kg alfalfa meal during the phrase of 39 days.The results showed that (1)Carps added 50 g/kg alfalfa meal were superior in average individual daily weight gain,weight gain rate,relative growth rate than those of no meal treatment(P>0.05).Although the two groups had no significant differences,it also showed that 50 g/kg alfalfa meal had an active effect on production performance.Carps added 100 g/kg alfalfa meal were inferior than those of no meal treatment,but the two groups had no significant differences too(P>0.05).But average individual daily weight gain,weight gain rate,relative growth rate and feed conversion rate of carps fed alfalfa meal at 150 g/kg and 200 g/kg in diet significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2) Crude protein content of muscle was significantly improved except group 4 and EE was significantly decreased when amount of alfalfa meal was increased (P<0.05).It showed that alfalfa meal could improve the qulity of fish body of carps.(3) Economic profit of carps fed diets with 50 g/kg alfalfa meal was best. |
