| 将132个猪卵巢按重量分为A、B和C 3个级别，用抽吸法结合切剖法采集卵母细胞，研究卵巢重量与3个级别卵母细胞质量的相关性。结果表明:当卵巢重量＞4.000 g时，A级卵母细胞的数量与卵巢重量呈负相关（rA=-0.277 0）；当卵巢重量在2.000～4.000 g时，A级卵母细胞的数量与卵巢重量呈正相关（rA=0.382 7），且差异极显著（P<0.01）,无论单个卵巢获得的卵母细胞总数,还是A级卵母细胞的比例，均明显高于其他重量的卵巢；当卵巢重量≤2.000 g时,A级卵母细胞的数量与卵巢重量有一定的正相关性。研究结果表明，在采集猪卵巢卵母细胞时，建议采集重量在2.000～4.000 g的卵巢，以获得较多数量的A级卵母细胞。 |

| The research on the relation between weight of ovary and quantity of the porcine oocytes |

| Abstract: |
| Aspiration and dissection were used to dispose 132 collected pig ovaries in this paper.The ovaries were divided into three classes（m≤2.000 g，2.000 g<m<4.000 g,m>4.000 g） according to the weight (m) and the quantity of oocytes.Then the data were analysed.The result demonstrated,at m>4.000 g,the quantity of A-class oocytes and ovary weight had a negative correlation（rA=-0.277 0）；2.000-4.000 g,the quantity of A-class oocytes and ovary weight had a positive correlation obviously，rA=0.382 7（P<0.01）.In the weight range,the average of the oocytes from each ovary or the percent of the Class-A were more than other weight ranges；at m≤2.000 g,the quantity of A-class oocytes and ovary weight had a positive correlation.Ovaries with the weight of 2.000 g<m<4.000 g should be collected,so that more Class-A oocytes can be obtained. |
