Abstract: |
Current status of fermentation industry and the existing problems were analyzed,especially the production techniques of alcohol,sodium glutamate and citric acid.Based on the analysis of traditional processes of ethanol,citric acid and glutamate sodium,general strategy for cleaner production of fermentation industry was put forward,then a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation frame model was established. |
