大直径预应力钢筒混凝土管道裂缝产生机理与防治研究

摘要:
根据混凝土开裂机理,对管道裂缝产生原因、机制及防治措施进行了分析。结果认为,干缩变形、温度变形、结构应力等是管道裂缝产生的主要原因;不同部位裂缝的产生机制及防治措施不尽相同,虽然有些裂缝难以避免,但可通过有效防治使其处于微裂状态,而不致影响管道寿命。

Study on mechanism and prevention of cracking in prestressed concrete cylinder pipe of large diameter
Abstract:
According to the mechanism of cracking in general concrete structures,the reasons,mechanisms and preventing methods of cracking in PCCP were analyzed in this paper and some conclusions were drawn.Firstly,the reasons of cracking in PCCP included shrinkage,temperature effects and structural stress effects.Secondly,with its different locations and layers in PCCP,the cracks had different mechanisms,different widths,and different preventing methods.Finally,although some cracks could not be prevented completely,they could be controlled effectively,hence in a state of micro-cracking.
