山杏下胚轴再生植株的研究

摘要:
研究了影响山杏下胚轴再生的有关因素,首次获得了山杏下胚轴再生植株。结果表明,经15 d的暗培养,山杏下胚轴切段在附加TDZ 2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L的改良MS培养基(1/2 NH4NO3)上,愈伤组织诱导率(100%)和再生频率(37.5%)均最高,细胞分裂素用TDZ效果优于6-BA,再生获得的不定芽在改良MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L培养基上生根率为75.8%。

Abstract:
Adventitious plants regenerated from mature hypocotyls of Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu have been obtained,with the rate of shoots regenerated being 37.8% when cultured on the half NH4NO3 of MS medium supplemented with TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L for 15 d in dark and then exposed to light.TDZ was better than 6-BA in plant regeneration.The rooting rate was 75.8% when the buds cultured on half NH4+ of MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L.
