| A new chiral ligand (1R,2S)-3-methyl-1-(2,5-dimethyl) phenyl-2-Amino-1-butanol was synthesized from S-Valine and p-Xylene based on halogenation,Friedel-Crafts reactions and diastereoselective reduction.The total yield was 43.7%. |
