| 以海洋壳寡糖中科6号为试材,对寡糖类化合物抗病毒性质和抗病毒机理进行了初步研究。室内生测结果表明,烟草用50 μg/mL中科6号预防处理后24 h再接种烟草花叶病毒(TMV),其对由TMV引起的烟草花叶病毒病的相对防效为84.73%,显著高于对照;KI-I染色法试验结果表明,预防处理烟草半叶上的淀粉斑平均为35个,明显少于对照;叶绿素测定结果表明,50 μg/mL中科6号预防处理的烟草叶绿素含量达8.67 μg/g,高于发病对照和病毒A预防处理组,低于空白对照。 |

| First report on oligosaccharide induced resistance to plant virus |

| Abstract: |
| The resistance characteristics and mechanism of oligosaccride,a kind of ocean oligosaccharide (Zhongke 6),to plant virus were studied.The bioactivity of Zhongke 6 resistance to TMV was tested.Results showed that relative control effect with 50 μg/mL concentration of Zhongke 6 pretreatment for 24 h was 84.73%.The TMV infection sites on tobacco leaves were tested with KI-I dying method.Results showed that Zhongke 6 could influence the characteristics of intruding of TMV.Average starch spots on semi leaf treating with 50 μg/mL Zhongke 6 were 35,significantly less than CK.Chlorophyll contents on leaf pretreatment with 50 μg/mL Zhongke 6 was 8.67 μg/g,more than positive CK and Virus A treatment,but less than negative CK.The decomposition of chloroplast resulting from virus was restrained after pretreatment with Zhongke 6.The virus interfering synthesis of chlorophyll was reduced.The virus symptom was light.The photosynthesis and resistance to virus were improved. |
