| 用210条随机引物对中国小麦条锈菌(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici)5个主要生理小种进行了RAPD分析，寻找到了2个条中29号特异性的RAPD标记。根据其中一个特异片段的测序结果，设计了特异PCR引物，成功获得了条中29号小种专化的SCAR标记。 |

| Selection and foundation of a race specific molecule marker for wheat stripe rust race CY29 in China |

| Abstract: |
| Rapid identification of the races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici by molecular technique was very important to monitor and control wheat stripe rust in China.In this paper,five physiologic races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici were analysed with 200 primers by RAPD technique.Specific DNA fragments of CY29 were found and cloned.Based on the sequencing results,specific PCR primers were designed and a SCAR marker of CY29 was obtained successfully. |
