用AMMI模型分析小麦品种品质性状的稳定性

摘要:
用AMMI模型对河南省不同地点种植的6个小麦品种品质指标进行了分析。结果表明,基因型、环境、基因型×环境互作对蛋白质含量、沉降值、形成时间、稳定时间影响均显著;在参加试验的6个品种中,对于蛋白质含量和沉降值,小偃54、豫麦49的稳定性低于豫麦70、豫麦34;对于形成时间和稳定时间,豫麦70、豫麦49、郑州9023的稳定性低于豫麦18、豫麦34、小偃54;豫麦49在唐河,郑州9023在开封、郑州表现出较大的适应性;环境IPCA值(交互效应主成分坐标值)和环境气象因子的相关性分析表明,环境IPCA值与日照、积温、降雨量存在一定的相关性。

Analyzing the stability of wheat quality traits with AMMI model
Abstract:
The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model was used to analyze G×E interaction on wheat quality of 6 varieties planted in Henan province.The results indicated that environment,genotype and G×E have great effect on protein content,sedimentation,stability and development time.Stability analysis on the quality of different wheat varieties were made in this paper.With regard to protein content and sedimentation,Yumai 49,Xiaoyan 54,and Zhengzhou 9023 were highly responsive to the environment.In respect to development and stability time,Yumai 70,Yumai 49 and Zhengzhou 9023 had lower stability.Yumai 49 showed adaptability in Tanghe,so did Zhengzhou 903 in Kaifeng and Zhengzhou.The correlation analysis between IPCA and meteorological factors showed that IPCA had certain relation to radiation,temperature and rainfall.
