朱鹮双歧杆菌微胶囊的初步研制

摘要:
从健康朱鹮粪便中分离出1株双歧杆菌,经实验室鉴定为两歧双歧杆菌(B.bifidum)。通过药敏试验发现,该双歧杆菌对链霉素、卡那霉素等高度敏感,但对青霉素类及诺氟沙星有耐药性;动物致病性试验结果表明无致病性。利用此菌进行微胶囊研制,同时进行了包埋效率、包埋产率、贮存稳定性、耐胃酸性、肠溶性等多项指标的测定,结果表明该微胶囊包埋效率达到83.4%,活菌数达到5.8×1011 g-1,能抵抗胃酸,有较好的肠溶性和一定的贮存稳定性。

Research on microencapsulation of bifidobacterium in Nipponia nippon
Abstract:
Bifidobacterium isolated from the fresh droppings of healthy Nipponia nippon was identified B.bifidum.It was sensitive to kanamycin and streptomycinum while resistant to penicillinum and norfloxacin.Chanllenge test showed that Bifidobacteria B.bifidum had nothing harmful to mice.Then the living bifidobacterium was encapsulated with alginate sodium.After that a mutiple of indexs were determined,including the rate of covering,the preservation stability and anti-gastricacid and enteric tests.The results showed that the microcapsules were anti-gastricacid,enteric,stable in preservation,and the rate of covering was approximately 83.4% and the survival numbers were 5.8×1011 g-1.It will make a solid foundation for further study on the microencapsule suitable for Nipponia nippon.
