| 研究了以香草酸、香草醛和对-羟基苯甲酸为代表的酚酸类物质对嫁接哈密瓜植株和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,3种酚酸类物质对嫁接哈密瓜植株生长和产量的抑制作用不显著,而对自根哈密瓜植株的生长和产量有明显抑制作用,且抑制作用随处理浓度的提高而明显增强,香草酸比香草醛和对-羟基苯甲酸具有更强的抑制作用;3种酚酸类物质对嫁接哈密瓜根系的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响均呈上升趋势,并保持较高水平,而对照呈现先升后降的变化趋势,并显著低于各个处理。另外,高浓度酚酸类物质可使对照的丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。 |

| Effect of phenolic acids on growth and activities of membrance protective enzymes of muskmelon grafted on blackseed pumpkin |

| Abstract: |
| Hami muskmelon was taken as experimental subject.Phenolic acids suchas vanillic acid,vanillin and P-hydroxy benzoic acids treatments were applied to study the effects of phenoic on the growth and activities of protective enzymes of muskmelon.The results showed that the three types of phenolic acids inhabited the growth and yield of non-grafted muskmelon.The inhibitory effects were enhanced with increasing concentration of phenolic acids and prolonging time of treatment.Vanillic acid had stronger inhibition effect than vanillin and P-hydroxy benzoic acids.For protective enzymes system (peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),superoxide dismutase (SOD)),the result indicated that the grafted muskmelon POD,CAT and SOD activity increased from the begining and under higher concentration and had an decrease of malonic aldehyde (MDA) content.However the control activity decreased in POD,CAT,SOD and increased in malonic aldehyde (MDA) content.It proved that little activity oxygen was produced and protective enzymes were destroyed under all level concentration of phenolic acids in grafted muskmelon roots. |
