不同类型高产小麦品种的光合特性研究

摘要:
以多穗型、中穗型和大穗型3种类型9个小麦品种为试验材料,对高产小麦品种光合特性及其与产量性状的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,在陕西关中灌区生产条件下,高产小麦品种与丰产品种相比,其光合性能在小麦生育后期具有明显的优势:灌浆期叶面积系数(LAI)和叶绿素(Chl(a+b))含量一直维持较高水平;旗叶丙二醛(MDA)增长速率和净光合速率(Pn)下降速率明显小于丰产品种。旗叶Pn与Chl(a+b)呈较高的正相关,与MDA含量呈显著或极显著负相关。千粒重、穗粒数、穗粒重及产量均与灌浆后期旗叶的Chl(a+b)含量、Pn及叶面积持续期呈显著或极显著正相关,与后期MDA含量呈显著负相关。

Studies on photo-physiological characters of different types of high-yield wheat cultivars
Abstract:
The research was carried out on the leaf photo-physiological characters and its correlation with yield characters of high-yield wheat by using 9 wheat cultivars of three types.The results indicated,compared with bumper yield cultivars in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi,high-yield cultivars had obvious superiorities in LAI,chlorophll content;The net photosynthesis decreasing rate and MDA increasing rate of flag leaf during filling period were lower than those of bumper-yield cultivars;And the flag leaf's Pn were positively correlated with its Chl(a+b) content,but significantly or extremely significantly negative with its MDA content;The flag leaf's Chl(a+b) content was largely negative with its MDA content.1 000-grain weight,kernal numbers per spike,grains weight per spike and grain yield were all significantly or extremely positive with the Chl(a+b) content,while the Pn and LAD of flag leaf,while significantly negative with MDA content.
