不同胎次西农萨能羊鲜乳中链和短链脂肪酸组成的初步研究

摘要:
以陕西省千阳县萨能羊种羊场的产奶羊群为研究对象,共采集5个胎次87只产奶羊的新鲜乳样,用气相色谱仪和乳成分测定仪分别测定了鲜乳的中、短链脂肪酸组成和乳成分含量。结果表明,不同胎次间丁酸(C4∶0)、己酸(C6∶0)、辛酸(C8∶0)和葵酸(C10∶0)的含量差异不显著(P>0.05);但胎次对月桂酸(C12∶0)和肉豆蔻酸(C14∶0)含量的影响作用达显著水平(P<0.05);长链脂肪酸中除亚油酸(C18∶2)含量在胎次间无显著差异(P>0.05)外,棕榈酸(C16∶0)、硬脂酸(C18∶0)和油酸(C18∶1)含量均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。乳成分中乳糖含量在不同胎次间差异不显著(P>0.05),而乳脂含量、乳蛋白含量、乳中干物质含量、乳中非脂固形物含量在不同胎次间均表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。

Preliminary study on effect of parity on short- and medium-chain fatty acids composition in milk of Xinong Saanen goat
Abstract:
From the dairy herd of the breeding Saanen goat farm in Qianyang county of Shaanxi province,eighty-seven milk samples from Saanen goats of 5 parities were collected to assay the short-and medium-chain fatty acids and milk composition by using gas chromatograph and infrared spectrometer respectively.The results indicated a similar contents of Butyric (C4∶0),Caproic (C6∶0),Caprylic(C8∶0),and Capric (C10∶0) acids among 5 parities (P>0.05);however,the parity had a significant effect on contents of Lauric (C12∶0),Myristic (C14∶0),Palmitic (C16∶0),Stearic (C18∶0),and Oleic (C18∶1) acids (P<0.05) except for the non-significant effect on linoleic (C18∶2) acid content (P>0.05);there was no significant difference in milk lactose content among parities,but the significant effects of parity on fat,protein,dry matter,and milk solid-non-fat contents in milk of Xinong Saanen goat were observed (P<0.05).
