套袋对黄瓜果实发育与品质的影响

摘要:
以津优2号黄瓜为试材,分析了中棚春黄瓜不同时期套袋对果实袋内微环境、果实发育及品质的影响。结果表明,套袋果实袋内微环境平均温度较对照提高;无论晴天、阴天或雨天,光照强度均有不同程度减弱。结果前期套袋处理的坐瓜率较对照提高,单瓜重大于对照;而结果中后期套袋处理的坐瓜率低于对照,单瓜重与对照相同。结果前期和结果中后期套袋处理的果实维生素C、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖含量都不同程度低于对照;而结果前期套袋可溶性蛋白质含量较对照低,结果中后期套袋的较对照高。套袋黄瓜果实色泽鲜绿,质地脆嫩,口味稍淡,感官综合评价为优。

Effect of bagging on fruit growth and quality in cucumber
Abstract:
The effects of bagging fruit at different fruiting seasons on micro-environment,growth and quality of fruit were investigated in spring cucumber cv.Jinyou No.2 in medium plastic film tunnel.The results showed that the mean temperature in micro-environment of bagged fruit was increased,and the light intensity was decreased no matter on clear,cloudy or rainy days.Bagging fruit at the early season of fruiting increased the fruit set rate and weight of single fruit.However,bagging fruit at the mid-later season of fruiting decreased fruit set.While the single weight remained the same with the that in the control.The contents of vitamin C,free amino acids and soluble sugar in fruit were all lowered by different level in the bagged fruit than those in the control no matter bagging fruit at the early season or at the mid-later season of fruiting.The content of soluble protein in bagged fruit was decreased at early season bagging,but increased at mid-later season bagging.Bagged fruit showed fresh green in color,fragile in brittleness,and excellent in comprehensive sensory assessment except for its less taste than that of the control.
