芦荟试管苗增殖及壮苗定植体系的建立

摘要:
对库拉索芦荟试管苗增殖技术体系改良及壮苗定植体系的建立进行了研究。结果表明,MB+KT 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基中,用食糖代替蔗糖、自来水代替蒸馏水,库拉索试管苗芽增殖率有所下降,但与对照相比差异不显著;附加1.0 mg/L NAA的1/2 MB培养基是库拉索芦荟试管苗壮苗生根的最佳培养基;供试的3种移植介质中,库拉索芦荟试管苗的定植成活率均达到83%以上,沙土介质定植成活率最高,达到91.3%。

Establishment of test-tube plantlet multiplication and permanent Planting system of Curacao Aloe
Abstract:
Technological system of test-tube plantlet multiplication and the establishment of the permanent planting system of Curacao Aloe were studied.The result showed that the rate of the tube shoot multiplication of the Aloe decreased slowly when sugar was used to replace sucrose and natural water was used to replace dH2O in culture medium of KB+KT 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L.But,it is not evident compared with the control.The 1/2MB culture mecium of additional 1.0 mg/L NAA is the best rooting one for test-tube plantlet multiplication of Curacao Aloe.In the 3 rooting media,the survival rate of the transplantation of test-tube plantlet of the Aloe is all over 83%.In medium of nutrient soil,the survival rate is the highest,and could reach 91.3%.
