苦皮藤素V的结构修饰及生物活性

摘要:
根据天然杀虫活性物质苦皮藤素Ⅴ分子结构含有C6OH的特点,采用常规方法合成了苦皮藤素Ⅴ的酯、酮及醚衍生物,其结构经1H-NMR确认。采用叶碟饲虫法,测定了合成衍生物对粘虫(Mythimna sepirata)的杀虫活性。结果表明,苦皮藤素Ⅴ、酯、醚衍生物的LD50值依次为197.86,156.43和17.86 μg/g,酮衍生物没有杀虫活性。

Synthesis and bioactivities of celangulin Ⅴ derivatives
Abstract:
Based on the character of celangulin Ⅴ molecule structure,acetylated,carbonylated and allyl ether derivatives of celangulin Ⅴ were designed and synthesized.Their structures were comfirmed by 1H-NMR.The results of bioassay showed that the LD50 value of celangulin Ⅴ,acetylated and allyl ether derivative against the 3rd instar Mythimna sepirata lavae was 197.86,156.43 and 17.86 μg/g,respectively,and that carbonylated derivative had no insecticidal activity.
