| 以樟树油、茶树油、桂皮油、香茅油、估皮油、薄荷油和丁香油7种精油为材料，测定不同浓度精油对香荚兰根腐病尖镰孢菌菌丝生长和孢予萌发的影响。结果表明，桂皮油、丁香油、樟树油和香茅油对病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长均有很强的抑制作用。其中以16.0 μL/mL的桂皮油、丁香油的抑制作用最强，对孢子萌发和菌丝生长的抑制率分别为100%,99.74%和100%,100%。利用桂皮油和丁香油进行温室盆栽防病试验，均表现出较好的防治效果，在二者用量为2.0 μL/mL时防效分别为81.18%和80.02%。 |

| Abstract: |
| The effects of seven essential oils on spore germination and hyphae growth of Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.vanillae Gordon were evaluated.The cassia oil,clove oil,camphor oil and citronella oil show high inhibition on spore germination and hypae growth.Highest inhibition of F.oxysporum f.sp.vanillae was obtained with cassia oil and clove oil (16.0 μL/mL).Their inhibition rates on spore germination and hypae growth were 100%,99.74% and 100%,100% respectively.Other three essential oil,tea oil,orange husk oil and pennyroyal showed low inhibition.In greenhouse test,cassia oil and clove oil had strong inhibiting effect.When their concentration are 2.0 μL/mL,the efficacy was 81.18% and 80.02%,respectively. |
