干旱条件下锌肥对玉米生长和光合色素的影响

摘要:
采用盆栽试验,以黑垆土为供试土壤,研究了不同水分条件下施用锌肥对玉米生长及叶片光合色素含量的影响。结果表明,在正常供水和土壤干旱条件下,施用锌肥能明显改善玉米的生长状况。与不施锌肥的对照相比,干旱情况下施锌处理的玉米株高增加10.9%,地上部和地下部干物质较对照分别增加26.1%和51.5%;正常供水条件下,施锌处理的玉米株高、地上部及地下部干物质分别较对照增加9.4%,8.0%和26.0%;正常供水条件下,施锌使玉米叶片叶绿素a增加18.6%,叶绿素b增加13.8%,总叶绿素含量增加13.8%;干旱情况下,施锌使玉米叶片叶绿素a较对照增加7.0%,叶绿素b增加8.0%,总叶绿素含量增加7.5%。通过对玉米光合色素含量和玉米生长指标之间的相关分析,认为玉米光合色素含量对玉米生长有很大影响,光合色素含量降低必然引起作物光合作用的差异,导致产量降低。

Effects of zinc fertilizer on maize growth and photosynthetic pigments under drought condition
Abstract:
An experiment was conducted in greenhouse to study the effects of zinc fertilizer on maize growth and photosynthetic pigments.The application of zinc improved the growth of maize in water sufficient and drought conditions.Under drought condition,the maize height,dry shoot weight and dry root weight were increased 10.9%,26.1% and 51.5% in zinc treatments,compared with no zinc treatments,respectively.Under water sufficient condition,the increase of above growth indexes were 9.4%,8.0% and 26.0% in zinc treatments.No matter in water sufficient or drought conditions,the application of zinc increased Chla,Chlb and Chlt with 18.6% and 7.0%;13.8% and 8.0%;13.8% and 7.5% respectively.In addition,the results of correlation analysis between maize growth indexes and photosynthetic pigment contents in maize leaves suggests that the latter influences the former greatly.The decrease of photosynthetic pigment contents would cause the differences in photosynthetic response,and hence lead to the decrease of yield.
