苦皮藤内生真菌2B菌株的鉴定

摘要:
从新鲜苦皮藤根茎韧皮部分离并筛选到1株内生真菌,编号为2B菌株,其发酵产物对番茄灰霉病菌、烟草赤星病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、玉米大斑病菌、番茄早疫病菌5种植物病原真菌均有抑制活性,抑制率在62.5%~87.2%。通过形态特征、培养特性等方面研究,将该菌株鉴定为层出镰刀菌(Fusarium proliferatum)。

Identification of endophytic fungus strain 2B from Celastrus angulalus
Abstract:
Endophytic fungus strain 2B was isolated from the phloem of the root of Celastrus angulatus.The bioassay showed that the extracts of strain 2B fermentation products had certain degree fungicidical activity against Botrytis cinerea,Alternaria longipes,Glomerella cingulata,Exserohilum turcicum,Alternaria solani,the inhibiting ratio against pathogen growth was ranging from 62.5%-87.2%.Based on its morphological,cultivation and physiological characteristics,strain 2B was identified as Fusarium proliferatum.
