套袋和摘除花瓣对西葫芦果实发育及品质的影响

摘要:
以早青一代西葫芦品种为材料,研究了套袋及摘除雌花花瓣对果实发育和品质的影响。结果表明,套袋对西葫芦的瓜形、瓜色无不良影响,套袋瓜新鲜度好,质地脆嫩,感官品质提高,蛋白质含量稍有增加,但套袋对坐瓜率、果实发育、商品瓜产量以及果实中维生素C、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸的含量均有一定程度的不利影响。套袋结合摘除花瓣可以消除或降低套袋对坐瓜、果实发育和商品瓜产量的不利影响。

Impacts of bagging young fruit and removal of petals on fruit growth and quality in summer squash
Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to investigate the impacts of bagging young fruit with plastic film bag and removal of petals on fruit growth and quality in summer squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) cv.Zaoqing Yidai.The results showed that bagging young fruit had no bad effects on shape and color,but improved the freshness and texture of the marketable fruits.The content of soluble protein in fruit was also increased.However,bagging young fruit reduced fruit setting,decreased the growth,the marketable yield,and the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and free amino acids in fruit.Removal of the petals of the young fruit could eliminate or decrease the bad effects of bagging fruit on the fruit setting,fruit growth and marketable yield.
