甘蓝型油菜生态雄性不育系533S花药发育的细胞学研究

摘要:
对甘蓝型油菜生态雄性不育系533S的花药发育过程进行了石蜡切片和显微观察,结果表明:533S的花药发育受阻于孢原细胞时期,其主要特点是不能形成正常的孢原细胞进而分化出花粉囊,属无花粉囊型不育系。在败育过程中,花药的大小一直在增加,但始终无花粉囊的分化。随着生态条件的变化,533S的部分花药可分化出1~2个花粉囊,产生少量可育花粉粒。最终,随着生态条件的进一步变化,花药的发育完全正常,产生大量正常可育花粉粒。

Cytological studies on anther development of ecological male sterile line 533S in Brassica napus L.
Abstract:
Microscopic observations on anther development process of ecological male sterile line 533S showed that 533S' anther development was hindered at the stage of archesporical cell differentiation.It could not form normal archesporial cell and not differentiate pollen sac,so 533S was regarded as male sterile line which had no pollen sac.During bud development,the size of the aborted anther was increasing but did not differentiate pollen sac.533S' anther could restore and produce 1-2 pollen sac when ecological factors are fit for development of anther.At last,the anther's development was completely normal as ecological factors changed further.
