| 根据减蛋综合征病毒PVⅢ蛋白基因序列设计了1对特异性引物，应用降落PCR法对PVⅢ蛋白基因进行了扩增。将扩增产物克隆至pMD18-T载体中，经酶切和PCR鉴定，初步证明了目的片段的正确性。进一步核苷酸序列测定表明，所扩增的基因片段长度为0.756 kb，共编码250个氨基酸。 |

| Abstract: |
| PVⅢ protein gene of egg drop syndrome virus (EDSV) was amplified by touchdown PCR (TD-PCR) and was cloned into pMD18-T vector.The recombinant plasmids were identified by digestion with restriction endonuclease and PCR.The sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence of PVⅢ gene was 0.756 kb and encoded with a protein of 250 amino acids. |
