| 从贯叶连翘地上部分带花全草的95％乙醇提取物中分离出6个化合物，经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定了其中4个化合物，分别为槲皮素(Ⅰ)、陈皮甙(Ⅱ)、芦丁(Ⅲ)、金丝桃素(Ⅳ)，化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ由于量太少，未能进行全面鉴定，其中化合物(Ⅱ)陈皮甙为首次从贯叶连翘中获得。 |

| Six crystals were isolated from the methnol extracts of Hyperium perforatum L..Four of them were identified by chemical and spectral methods,they are,(Ⅰ) quercetin,(Ⅱ) hesperidin,(Ⅲ) rutin,(Ⅳ) hypericin,the others were not identified because of their little quantity. |
