苦皮藤素对果蝇幼虫神经肌肉兴奋性接点电位的影响

摘要:
利用细胞内微电极技术,研究了杀虫植物苦皮藤中的麻醉成分苦皮藤素Ⅳ和毒杀成分苦皮藤素Ⅴ对果蝇3龄幼虫腹纵肌神经-肌肉兴奋性接点电位(EJPs)和自发电位(SP)的作用。结果表明,苦皮藤素Ⅳ可使自发电位发放频率明显降低,而苦皮藤素Ⅴ可使发放频率先增加,后降低,并且在某些标本中记录到明显的重复簇状发放;苦皮藤素Ⅳ和Ⅴ对神经-肌肉兴奋性接点电位(EJPs)的影响表现为逐渐抑制、最后阻断,其阻断时间与浓度有一定的相关性,高浓度下短时间内就能被阻断,而低浓度下则需较长时间才能被阻断。

Effects of Celangulin Ⅳ and Ⅴ from Celastrus angulatus on excitatory junction potentials of Drosophila melanogaster Larvae
Abstract:
Celangulin Ⅳ and celangulin Ⅴ isolated from the root bark of the plant Celastrus angulatus are the major active ingredients of this botanical insecticide.Studies on the effects of celangulin Ⅳ,celangulin Ⅴon insect nerve-muscular junction glutamate potential have been carried out by using the intracellar microelectrode recording on the ventral longitudinal body-wall muscle fibers of the third-instar Drosophila melanogaster larvae.The results indicated that celangulin Ⅳcould decrease the spontaneous firing frequency.But,when the neuromuscular preparation was treated with celangulin Ⅴ,the frequency of spontaneous potentials increased,then decreased.In the same time,the distinctly repetitive burst discharging of spontaneous firing was recorded.The effects of celangulin Ⅳ and Ⅴ on neuromuscular excitatory junction potentials (EJPs) of Drosophila larvae were gradually restrained and finally blocked.The blocking time had some relativity with the concentration of celangulin Ⅳ and Ⅴ.
