| 摘要: |
| 在对江河源区生态环境质量现状综述的基础上,分析了导致江河源区生态环境质量退化的人为因素及其影响程度,指出区域的气候变化固然是江河源区生态环境恶化的主要原因,然而人类的生产、生活、经济和政治活动对生态环境所施加的不合理干预则是近几十年来环境急剧恶化的重要原因。最后提出了严格行政执法、围栏禁牧、合理的载畜量和生态移民等生态环境的修复策略。 |

| Analysis and assessment of factitious factors on eco-environmental quality in source regions of Yangtse River and Yellow River and Lantsang River |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of current situation,the paper analyzes the factors that caused eco-environmental quality degradation and points out that although the climate change was the main reason for regional eco-environmental quality degradation,the factitious factors,such as production,daily life,economic and political activities were the important reasons that put improper actions on eco-environment,especially in recent decades.It also proposes the ecological environmental restoration strategies,including the administrative law,enclosure fence and forbidden graze,rational number of livestock,ecological migration,etc. |
