嗜酸乳杆菌抗酸抗胆汁盐能力的研究

摘要:
采用MRS培养基,模拟人体胃酸环境(pH 1.5~4.5)和十二指肠高胆汁盐环境(1~4 g/kg)对嗜酸乳杆菌的抗性进行了研究。结果表明,嗜酸乳杆菌在pH 2.5~4.5时具有较强的生存能力,37 ℃培养6 h活菌数仍达107 mL-1以上,pH 1.5条件下仍有部分存活。在1~3 g/kg胆汁盐条件下培养4 h,活菌数仍达106 mL-1以上,且能在4 g/kg胆汁盐中存活。回归分析的F检验值达极显著水平。

Study on the intolerance ability of Lactobacillus acidophilus on pH and bile salt
Abstract:
Using MRS medium,the intolerance ability of Lactobacillus acidophilus was studied imitating gastroenteric environments(pH 1.5-4.5 and 1-4 g/kg bile salt).The results showed that the survival ability of L.acidophilus was higher at pH 2.5-4.5 ,the living bacterial number was above 107 cfu/mL after 6 h culture at 37 ℃,and some L.acidophilus was still alive at pH 1.5;that the living bacterial number was above 106 cfu/mL at 1-3 g/kg bile salt after 4 h culture and some bacteria could survire at 4 g/kg bile salt.The F inspection value was extremely remarkable by regression analysis.
