| 从秦岭龙胆(Gentiana apiata N．E．Br.)全草的乙醇提取物中首次分离得到4个化合物，通过波谱分析分别鉴定为异荭草甙(isoorientin Ⅰ)、龙胆苦甙(gentiopicroside Ⅱ)、秦岭龙胆甙A(apiatoside A Ⅲ)和蔗糖(D-(+)-sucroseⅣ)，其中Ⅲ为新化合物。 |

| Four compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. firstly.On the basis of spectral analysis,these compounds were elucidated as isoorientin (Ⅰ),gentiopicroside (Ⅱ), apiatoside A (Ⅲ) and D-(+)-sucrose（Ⅳ）,of which Ⅲ is a new compound. |
