二角型小麦雄性不育系F1产生单倍体频率初探

摘要:
以3个二角型1B/1R小麦不育系ms(bicor)-83(37)65,ms(bicor)-偃帅9号,ms(bicor)-80(6)和1个非1B/1R不育系ms(bicor)-90-110与不同基因型小麦非整倍体系列(译体、缺四体和重双端体)及8个不同的恢复系杂交,调查不育系本身和杂种F1产生单倍体的频率及其杂种F1代的育性恢复性。结果表明,二角型1BL/1RS不育系杂种F1代产生单倍体的频率与不育系自身1B/1R易位染色体组成有很大关系,亦与父本的染色体构成有关,父本的非整倍体系列有提高单倍体频率的趋势,而与杂种F1的育性没有直接关系;二角型非lBL/1RS不育系自身及其杂种F1代无单倍体产生。

Study on the haploid frequency of male sterile lines with Ae.bicornis cytoplasm in wheat

Abstract:
The four male sterile lines of wheat with Ae.bicornis cytoplasm,among them ms(bicor)-83(37)65,ms(bicor)-Yanshi No 9 and ms(bicor)-80(6)are 1B/1R genotype and ms(bicor)-90-110 is non-1B/1R genotype,were tested crossing with the aneuploid with different construction of chromosome,namely 1B monosomic,1B double ditelosomic(20Ⅱ+tt1BS+tt1BL)and nullitetrasomic (1B01D),and eight wheat varieties or lines and partial parent materials.Its haploid frequency of Male Sterile Lines and F1,and the fertility restoration performance of F1 were investigated.The results are as followings:① the frequency of the F1 hybrid of the male sterile lines of 1B/1R wheat with Ae.bicornis cytoplasm was related to the constitution difference of 1B/1R translocation chromosome of male sterile lines;② it was also related to the construction of chromosome of male parent,and the aneuploid can increase the trendy of the frequency of haploid;③ there was no relation between the frequency of haploid and fertility;④ there is no haploid plant in the male sterile line of non-1B/1R wheat and its F1.
