| 以甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核不育材料Shaan-GMS的转育系220AB和对照(6CA×220)F1为试材,分析了不育株和可育株不同大小花蕾及其雄蕊中同工酶和水溶性蛋白的电泳图谱。结果显示:与可育株的花蕾和不育株小花蕾及其雄蕊相比,不育株较大花蕾及其雄蕊的酯酶、水溶性蛋白条带数目减少,一些条带分子迁移率增大;两种不育类型花蕾中过氧化氢酶谱差别不大;220A大花蕾雄蕊的α-淀粉酶增加了5条新带,在(6CA×220)F1不育株的大花蕾雄蕊中,α-淀粉酶也增加了2条新带。说明甘蓝型油菜显性核不育的发生过程与雄蕊中脂类、蛋白质和糖代谢异常有关。 |

| Electrophoretic analysis of the isozyme andsoluble proteins of two dominant genic malesterility lines in Brassica napus L. |

| Abstract: |
| The electrophoresis patterns of esterase (EST),soluble protein (Prot),catalase (CAT),and α-amylase (α-AMY)in different size buds and stamens of two dominant genic male sterile (DGMS) accessions,named 220AB (derived from Shaan-GMS) and (6CA×220) F1,were produced using PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis).The number of esterases and soluble proteins bands in the 3~4 mm long buds and their stamens were less than those in smaller buds of sterile plants and those in fertile plants,both in 220AB and (6CA×220)F1.Some bands of EST,Prot,and CAT moved forward and their Rf values became bigger because the molecular were modified.The zymograms of CAT were similar between the two DGMS types.α-AMY showed some new bands in the stamens of sterile plant’s 4 mm long buds in 220AB and (6CA×220)F1.The results indicated that abnormal metabolism of lipid,protein and saccharide occurred in the sterile stamens and caused the male sterility. |
