| 对猕猴桃细菌性叶枯病的症状进行了描述，并研究了病原菌的形态特征、生理生化特性、侵染循环、传播途径和发病因素。结果表明，该细菌在许多理化特性上与猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病的病原细菌有相同之处，但在形态特征上与溃疡病病原细菌有着明显的差异，该病的病原细菌应该为丁香假单胞杆菌丁香致病变种，该病的发生与品种、气候和管理水平有一定的关系。 |

| Studies on pathogen and occurrence factors of the bacterial withered leaf on kiwifruit |

| Abstract: |
| This paper dealt with isolation and cultivation of the pathogen of bacterial withered leaf on kiwifruit,described symptom,and studied the morphological,physiological and biochemical characters,infecting cycle,host range,spreading way of bacterial of withered leaf disease in kiwifruit.The results show that bacterium of withered leaf is the similar to bacterium of canker disease on kiwifruit at physiological and biochemical characters,but there are morphological differences between the two pathogens.The results concluded that the pathogen of bacterial withered leaf on kiwifruit should be Pseudomonas syringae pv.syringae.There are close relations between occurrence of the disease and varieties,climate and managing level. |
