CaCl2和GA3处理对枣果采后衰老和膜脂过氧化的影响

摘要:
以冬枣为材料,研究了(0±1) ℃条件下用CaCl2和GA3处理对枣果采后衰老和膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,与以清水为对照相比,10 g/L CaCl2,50 μg/L GA3和10 g/L CaCl2+50 μg/L GA3处理枣果,能抑制枣果POD、SOD以及CAT活性下降,降低丙二醛(MDA)积累,从而抑制枣果的成熟衰老。其中GA3处理效果最明显。

Effect of CaCl2 and GA3 on senescence and membrance lipid peroxidation of postharvest jujube fruits
Abstract:
The Chinese jujube fruit was used to study the effect of CaCl2 and GA3 on senescence and activated oxygen metabolism of postharvest jujube fruits.10 g/L CaCl2,50 μg/L GA3 and 10 g/L CaCl2+50 μg/L GA3 were handled on jujube fruits after harvest.The result showed that the decreasing rate of the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase restrained the accumulation of MDA.So the ripening and senescence of fresh jujube were delayed.The effect of postharvest jujube fruits which were handled by GA3 is more obvious than others.
