小白菜植株原位真空渗入遗传转化相关因子的研究

摘要:
在GV3101和LBA4404 2个农杆菌菌株的介导下,以3个品种小白菜(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis var.communis Tsen et Lee)为试材,对影响小白菜植株原位真空渗人遗传转化效率的相关因子进行了研究。结果表明,不同小白菜基因型的转化效率不同,其中黄心乌的转化率最高;不同菌株的转化效率亦有差异,LBA4404的转化效率高于GV3101;植株打薹后10d转化率高于其他几个时期;植株大小对转化率的影响不显著。

In-planta agrobacterium mediated transformation with vacuum infiltration in pakchoi
Abstract:
Factors on genetic transformation of plant in situ vacuum infiltration mediated by two strains of Agrobacterium tumeficiens were investigated in three varieties of pakchoi.It showed that Huang xinwu was the best one for vacuum infiltration in the three varieties;LBA4404 strain excelled GV3101 strain in transformation;10 days after clipping emerging bolt was the optimum stage for vacuum infiltration;there was no difference in transformation ratio between several plants with different size.
