小麦品种及单基因系与叶锈菌互作的组织学和超微结构研究

摘要:
应用荧光显微镜、微分干涉显微镜和电镜技术,比较研究了洛l0和冀麦3号及其相应的单基因系Lr26和Lr3Bg接种小麦叶锈菌后的组织病理学和超微结构特征。洛l0和Lr26的组织学表现极其相似,呈典型的早期过敏性坏死反应,导致侵染结构败育;冀麦3号和Lr3Bg的组织学表现出一定差异,锈菌在Lr3Bg上的发展要快于呈现出慢锈特征的冀麦3号。超微结构研究表明,小麦叶锈菌在洛l0和冀麦3号上的发育受到了程度不同的抑制,表现为锈菌和寄主在细胞和亚细胞水平上有一系列变化。过敏性坏死反应和胼胝质的形成是2个重要的抗锈机制。

Histopathological and ultrastructural studies on interactions between wheat leaf rust and wheat cultivars Lovrin 10 and Jimai 3 as well as their corresponding resistance genes Lr26 and Lr3Bg
Abstract:
The histopathological and ultrastructural features of Lovrin 10 and Jimai 3 as well as Lr26 and Lr3Bg were examined by using fluorescent microscopy,differential interference contrast microscopy and electron microscopy at various times after inoculation with urediospores of wheat leaf rust.Lr26 and Lr3Bg were supposed to be the dominant resistance genes in Lovrin 10 and Jimai3 respectively.Lovrin 10 and Lr26 showed similar histopathological manifestation,exhibiting the typical early hypersensitive reaction with few mycelia observed.While there was some difference between the histopathological manifestation of Jimai3 and Lr3Bg.Jimai3 exhibited the typical features of slow rusting,while Lr3Bg showed the features close to those of susceptible cultivar.Ultrastructural observation indicated that both the rust and host underwent a series of changes at the cellular and subcellular levels.Hypersensitive reaction and callose formation were two important resistance mechanisms.
