草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch)遗传转化研究进展

摘要:
从遗传转化的途径、导入的外源基因、影响转化效率的因素等方面综述了草莓遗传转化研究进展,并对存在的转化率低、外源基因整合的随机性等问题进行了讨论。

Progress in research on strawberry genetic transformation
Abstract:
Progress and problems on the strawberry genetic transformation were reviewed agrobacterium mediated transformation was discussed with emphases,and foreign genes of genetic involved were enumerated.Some factors that influence the transformation frequency were summarized as well as difficulties and expectations.
