采用气相色谱法对苹果籽油的脂肪酸组成进行了分析,结果共检出了5种脂肪酸,其相对含量分别是棕榈酸7.09%,硬脂酸2.37%,油酸39.69%,亚油酸49.64%,花生酸0.91%。同时,对苹果籽的一些物理特性的分析结果作了报道。 |

Analysis of fatty acid composition in apple seed oil |

Abstract: |
The fatty acid composition of apple seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography.There were five components examined and their percentages were 7.09% for palmitic acid,2.37% for steaic acid,39.69% for olelic acid,49.64% for linoleic acid,0.91% for arachidic acid respectively.Some physical properties of apple seed were reported. |
