用肿囊腐霉的孢子悬液分别对脱毒马铃薯抗病自交系F1和感病自交系F的扦插苗进行接种,并测定了接种后根中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和可溶性蛋白的含量。结果表明,接种后,脱毒马铃薯抗病自交系F1的PAL活性曲线呈现2个峰,而感病自交系F的PAL活性曲线呈现1个峰;病原菌感染早期,F1,F的POD和SOD活性都有不同程度的下降,但到后期,F1的POD和SOD活性均迅速回升,而F的则继续维持低水平;F1的可溶性蛋白含量在接种后呈现1个峰,到后期维持较高含量,而F的可溶性蛋白含量持续减少。 |

Study on the physiological changes of dehydrated virus potato root during infection with Pythium inflatum |

Abstract: |
Dynamic changes in activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase,peroxidase,superoxide dismutases and soluble protein contents were analysed during infection by pythium inflatum in resistant inbred line F1 and susceptible inbred line F of dehydrated virus potato.After inoculation,the activities of the PAL of F1 showed two peaks,while that of F showed only one peak.In initial stage of penetration by the fungus,POD and SOD activities in both resistant and susceptible inbred lines showed a trend of decrease,while in late stage of the infection F11 displayed greater increase of POD and SOD.But the activity of both enzymes in F still stayed in a lower level.In initial stage of infection,soluble protein contents of F1 showed one peak and become significantly higher on the contrary.But that of F showed a trend of decrease. |
