镉对小麦生长发育的影响及其基因型间差异

摘要:
研究了镉污染下不同基因型小麦生长的差异,结果发现,小麦生长发育品种间差异很大;根的长度、单株地上部重量、地下部重量、每株分蘖数是反应比较敏感的指标;小麦对镉的吸收和分配由根部特性决定,不同品种根部吸收镉的能力比对照高100倍以上,而地上部吸收镉的能力仅是对照的10倍左右;同时,根的吸收镉的总量约是茎部10倍。

Effect of cadmium on growth and the tolerance among wheat genotype
Abstract:
The effect of growing wheat plant with cadmium on different plant physiological parameters was studied in order to know the possible involvement of this metal.The result showed that the significant difference existed among 16 wheat genotypes in their response to cadmium in terms of growth.In addition,root and shoot dry matter production,shoot height,root length,and tillers per plant,were all sensitive indicators to codmium.The absorption and distribution of cadmium were decided by root characteristics.Compared with control,the accumulation in root of different cultivars reached 100 times,cadmium accumulation in crown reached about 10 times.At the same time,the cadmium accumulation in root was 10 times of those in shoot.
