灰树花菌丝体多糖G.F.-1理化性质及生物活性的研究

摘要:
对灰树花菌丝体多糖 G.F.-1的理化性质及生物活性进行了研究。结果表明 ,G.F.-1是一种均一性好、相对分子质量为 1.23×10>6的多糖 ,其单糖组成的物质的量之比为n(Xyl)∶n(Man)∶n(Glc) =0.9∶1.4∶ 4.7;其一级结构是由主链以β(1→3)、β(1→6)糖苷键为主 ,分枝点大部分发生在主链糖基C6位的β-D-葡聚糖所构成;同时 ,该多糖具有清除O-2·自由基、显著促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖、增强机体免疫力的生物活性功能。

Studies on physical and chemical characters and biological activities of polysaccharide G.F.-1 from Grifola frondosa Mycelia
Abstract:
Physicochemical characters and biological activities of polysaccharide G.F.-1 from Grifolafrondosa Mycelia were studied.The results showed G.F.-1 had better consistency,its relative molecular weight was 1.23×10>6 and mol ratio of sugar composition was Xyl∶n(Man)∶n(Glc) =0.9∶1.4∶4.7.First order structure was made up of β-D-Glc in which the main chain contained mainly β(13) and β(1→6) with the branched point mostly at C6.Otherwise,it could eliminate O-2·radical,significantly increase the mousesplenoccyte proliferation had could adjust the body immunologic function.
