施钾和AM真菌对烤烟产量和品质的影响

摘要:
通过盆栽和大田试验 ,研究了施钾和AM真菌对烤烟产量、品质的影响。结果表明 ,在不同施钾水平下 ,接种 AM真菌对烟叶产量、品质具有明显的影响。接种AM真菌具有提高宿主产量的功能 ,且菌根菌与施钾量二者之间存在最佳组合关系。施钾和 AM真菌对不同叶位烟叶干重的影响差异显著 (P<0.01) ,但不同组合间差异较复杂 ,随叶位、施钾量不同而有区别。施钾量为0.75~1.125 g·kg-1时(盆栽试验),接种AM真菌的烤烟可获得较高产量和较佳品质的烟叶 ;施钾量为67.5~101.25 kg/hm2时(大田试验),接种AM真菌的烤烟单株产量、每公顷产量最高 ,且超过了在135 kg/hm2 施钾水平下对照株的产量 ,还可以提高每公顷产值和中上等烟比例。

Effects of AM fungi on the yield and quality of tobacco under different potassium applied amount
Abstract:
Pot and field experiments were conducted to study the effect of AM fungi on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco under different potassium applied amount.The results showed that AM fungi has an obvious effect on yield and quality of tobacco leaf under different potassium applied amount.The inoculation of AM fungi can increase host-plant yield,but it should be under the best combination relations between AM fungi and amount of potassium application.The dry leaves' weight differs among different position of same plant under the different amount of potassium and AM fungi application(P<0.01),but it is complicated in different combination.The pot experiments results show that AM fungi is beneficial for high yield and quality production under 0.75-1.125 g/kg potassium applied levels.The field experiments results show that the yield of tobacco is enhanced,when inoculated with AM fungi comparing with the check,but the result is different under the different potassium application levels.When potassium application is 67.5-101.25 kg/hm2,the yield can get the highest per plant and hectare,higher than that of the check when the K application level is 135 kg/hm2.AM fungi application can also enhance the output value and high quality leaf percentage.
