水分胁迫下磷营养对玉米苗期根系导水率的影响

摘要:
采用室内水培试验法,选择高水肥型玉米品种,以PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫,Hoagland全营养液和无磷营养液控制磷素水平,用压力室法测定了三叶期的玉米根系导水率(Lpr)的变化规律。结果表明:缺磷植株根系的导水率显著降低,但在复磷后4-24h导水率能恢复到与供磷对照植株接近的数值;干旱胁迫可导致玉米根系导水率急剧降低,但共磷处理的导水率仍然大于无磷处理;复水后,供磷植株Lpr恢复能力较无磷植株强,表明磷处理植株对干旱有较强的忍受能力和恢复能力。HgCl2处理表明磷营养可通过影响水通道蛋白的活性或表达量来调节根系导水率。

Effects of phosphorus on root hydraulic conductance of corn under water stress
Abstract:
With PEG 6000 water stress cultivation to simulate drought stress and Hoagland whole nutrient solution and P-free solution to control phosphate levels,high water and fertilizer requirement type of corn variety was selected and planted in doors in aquasolution.The hydraulic conductance (Lpr) of corn root was determined in pressure chamber,and the abilities of Aquaporin (AQP) transporting water was tested with mercuric chloride.The results showed that Lpr decreased markedly in the roots of P-free plants,but it recovered to the values similar to those of control plants between 4-24 hours after phosphorus was resupplied;Though under the drought stress, Lpr of all plants decreased rapidly, Lpr of P-free plants were still smaller.After water was resupplied,the treatment with P showed strong recovering ability,that is,the treatment of P showed strong toleration and recovering ability.Inhibition of HgCl2 between two treatments identified that phosphorus nutrient could increase the Lpr level,by adjusting the activity of AQP in corn root.
