茄子种及其品种过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘要:
对茄子种及其品种的根、茎、叶的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了电泳分析,结果表明,野生茄子根、茎、叶的部分酶带随着植株的生长而消失。酶的活性及迁移率也有很大变化,品种间的酶谱差异显著,托鲁巴姆的酶带最多,赤茄,刚果茄次之,刺茄较少,栽培茄子叶部的酶带随植株生长而减少,其根、茎部的酶带在生长过程中几乎不变,品种间无明显差异,野生茄子作砧木对嫁接植株酶谱的影响较大,增强了其抗病性。

Peroxidase isoenzymes (POD) analysis on some species and varieties of eggplant
Abstract:
The detective technology-electrophoresis of peroxidase isoenzymepattern were adopted in the study of disease resistance of eggplant.In wild eggplants,the POD braids in the roots,stems and leaves decrease in numbers as the plants grow up gradually and become stable at the fruiting stage,the activity and braid mobility of POD are also different greatly,various species and varieties have different POD braids too.Tuolubamu has the most numbers of braids,Chigie and Gangguogie have more ones,Cigie has least braid numbers.In cultivated varieties,the POD braids in the leaves reduce its numbers as the plants grow bigger and bigger,but the numbers of braid in the roots and stems are almost unchanged.Moreover,there is no distinct differences among the variaties.The experiment also shows that the cultivated varieties grafted on the stock of wild eggplant has more POD braids and more disease resistance.
