| 幼胚胚龄和供体植株的基因型都会影响小麦幼胚体细胞胚性无性系的产生,胚龄对小麦幼胚体细胞胚性无性系的高频率诱导有显著影响,表现为愈伤组织诱导率(出愈率)和胚性愈伤组织诱导率在不同胚龄下差异显著,在最适胚龄条件下,基因型对小麦幼胚培养出愈率的影响不大,而主要影响胚性愈伤组织的发生频率,在培养当代,以小偃22,千斤早和西农88(1)的培养效果为最好。 |

| Effect of age of immature embryos and genotypes of donor plant on the high frequency of somaclones induction in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) |

| Such elements as age of immature embryos and genotypes of donor plant all have effects on the induction frequency of somaclones derived from immature embryos of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.).Age of immature embryos significantly affected the frequency of somaclones induced from immature embryos of wheat.When different ages of immature embryos were cultured,their frequencies of callus induction and of embryogenic callus induction were significantly different.And this influence also represented in different cultivars (lines) of wheat.Genotype had little effects on callus induction of immature embryos while genotype had remarkable effect on the frequency of embryogenic callus.Among all the cultivars (lines),Xiaoyan No.22,Qianjinzao and Xinong No.88 (1) have relatively good culturing characters. |
