黄叶绿制剂防治酥梨缺铁黄化症的研究

摘要:
采用休眠期强力注射黄叶绿制剂(PLG)进行缺铁黄化症的防治试验。结果表明,注射YLG制剂后黄化级平均为0.2级,比对照下降2.76级,复绿明显。处理单叶面积增加3.5 cm2,比叶重增加0.88 mg/cm2,叶绿体各色素含量极显著增加,其中总叶绿素增加2.26倍,净光合速率增加27.6%,叶内N,P,Zn,Fe和活性Fe极显著增加,K,Ca,Mn,Cu和B等含量下降,但均在标准值范围内。处理使果实产量提高34.5%,单量重增加18.32%,可溶性固形物和可溶性糖极显著增加,果实品质明显提高。

Study on correcting iron chlorosis with YLG in pear
Abstract:
The correction of iron deficiency was studied by pressure injection of YLG fertilizer in dormancy period.The results showed that chlorotic rating scores was 0.2 on average after injection,and decreased by 2.76,so the effect of regreening was obviously.The individual leaf area and leaf dry weight/leaf area ratio increased by 3.5 cm2 and 0.88 mg/cm2 respectively.The chloroplast pigments all increased,for example,the total chlorophyll increased by 2.26 times.Net photosythesis rate increased by 27.6%.the content of N,P,Zn,Fe and active Fe increased,and the others(K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Cu,B)decreased.The yield per tree increased by 34.5%,individual fruit weight by 18.32%.Firmness of flesh,soluble solids and soluble sugar all increased obviously,so the fruit quality improved.Floral bud differentiation rate and floral bud quality increased too.
