| 构建了一种新的鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫单卵囊分离技术 ,并对杨陵柔嫩艾美耳球虫地理株进行了分离 ,对继代增殖的纯种卵囊进行了致病性试验。结果表明 ,该单卵囊分离技术简单易行 ,单卵囊感染成功率可达40% ;该虫株对雏鸡有很强的致病性 ,经口接种 1×105 个孢子化卵囊 ,致死率高达80%。 |

| The establishment of E.tenella single-oocyst isolation technique and its pathogenicity in chicken |

| Abstract: |
| Yangling strain of E.tenella was isolated by using a new single-oocyst isolation technique.The pathogenic assay of the strain to chicken was conducted.The results show that the new technique is easy to operate and has a 40% successful rate.The strain is high pathogenic,and its mortality to chicken can reach as high as 80% when chicken are inoculated with a dosage of 1×105 sporulated oocysts each bird. |
