益生素发酵进行鸡粪无害化处理的效果

摘要:
应用西安天星科技发展有限公司和中日合资加藤微生物有限公司生产的有益微生物制剂--加藤菌,对新鲜鸡粪进行了发酵处理,通过测定发酵过程中鸡粪的温度变化,发酵前后的酸度,细菌总数,总蛋白质含量以及感官检查与饲喂动物的适口性评价等,结果表明,应用微生物制剂发酵处理鸡粪后,能大大减少细菌数量,有害菌几乎消失,臭味彻底消失,且有较浓的芳香酸味;总蛋白质含量明显增加,饲喂猪、鸡适口性好。试验证明,应用微生物制剂发酵是鸡粪无害化处理与有效利用的良好途径。

Efficacy of chicken feces disposed harmlessly through fermentation with microbrobials
Abstract:
Fresh chicken feces were disposed through fermentation with microbrobials.The temperature of the feces during fermentation process,the acidity before and after fermentation,the total number of bacteria,the total quantity of protein as well as the character of sense organ and the adaptability of feeding animals,etc.were tested.The results indicated that fermented with microbrobials could decrease the number of bacteria and increase the total quatity of protein in chicken feces.Chicken feces after being disposed by fermentation with microbrobials had rich aromatic-acid oder and good adaptability for feeding pigs and chickens.The test proved that fermentation with microbrobials was a good way in the harmless disposition and effective utilization of chicken feces.
