几种矿质元素对枯仲叶次生代谢物的影响初探

摘要:
通过对同一立地条件下生长的40个杜仲无性系叶中次生代谢物(有效成分)及吸收的6种矿质元素的测定,初步研究了矿质元素主动吸收的差异性及其与次生代谢物含量的关系。结果发现,不同个体对矿质元素的吸收差异极显著,从而说明个体生长发育特性(遗传因素)是调控树木吸收矿质元素的重要因素;对6种矿质元素与次生代谢物含量的通径分析结果显示,镁(Mg)对杜仲叶中6种次生代谢物的合成和积累物有一定的促进作用,而锰(Mn)则有负影响作用。

Influnence of the mineral elements on secondary metabolites of Eucommia ulmoldes leaves

Abstract:
Through determining the contents of secondary metabolites (bioactive constituents) and 6 mineral elements in the leaves of 40 different clones growing in the same site type, we have studied the differences of the active absorbtion of the elements and their relationship with the contents of metabolites. It has been found that great differences exist among the individuals in the ability of actively absorbing mineral elements,indicating that the growth features of individuals (genetic factors) are important factors in regulating the absorbtion of mineral elements. Path analysis on the mineral elements and the contents of metabolites shows that Mg can promote the synthesis and accumulation of metabolites.Mn plays a negative function in the metabolism process.
